We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function across the Philippines. This role will be instrumental in shaping a progressive, data-driven, and people-centric talent strategy that supports our continued business growth and global objectives.

 

Only candidates currently residing in San Fernando, Pampanga or nearby areas in Luzon will be considered, as this role requires onsite presence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning priorities.

  • Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing recruitment organization that thrives on innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and design scalable, future-ready recruitment models.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from strategic sourcing and selection through to onboarding and talent integration.

  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure all hiring processes are consistent, compliant, and inclusive across all functions and geographies.

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Champion initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice in the market.

  • Elevate the candidate journey through personalized engagement, transparent communication, and timely feedback.

  • Represent the organization at strategic industry events, forums, and talent networks to attract and nurture top talent.

Technology & Transformation

  • Harness technology, analytics, and automation to enable smarter hiring decisions and process efficiency.

  • Evaluate and optimize ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness and scalability.

  • Drive innovation by leveraging AI and data-driven insights to proactively identify and engage talent.

Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance

    • Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and external talent partners to deliver high-impact hiring outcomes.

    • Manage third-party relationships and negotiate service agreements that align with strategic objectives.

    • Uphold compliance with labor laws, DEI standards, and internal governance policies across all recruitment activities.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale recruitment programs across multi-site or regional operations.
  • Proven expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, and strategic sourcing.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for building inclusive, high-performance teams that align talent to business vision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
