We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities. You will engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, presenting our products/services and building strong relationships to drive sales growth.

 

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding targets in a B2B sales environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?

Your primary responsibility is to learn the products, services, and customers while increasing customer satisfaction on accounts you manage. In this role, you will educate and engage customers about the benefits of our client’s products and services, relying on state-of-the-art contact center technology, learning the latest customer service and sales strategy. Professionally represent while becoming a brand ambassador for one of the largest, most recognizable brands in the country.

 

Essential Duties

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through thorough research and analysis of their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Continuously nurture and follow up with leads, addressing any inquiries and providing necessary information to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Provide post-sales support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward closing deals.

Qualifications

  • B2B experience, preferably outbound calling (minimum of 6 months)
  • Sales experience, preferably outbound calling (minimum of 6 months)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations
  • Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, or similar CRM, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office-based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, instant messaging, and over the phone)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales deals

Requirements:

  • On-site Consultant | San Fernando, Pampanga
  • Seasonal Account | maximum 5 months renewable
  • Full-time graveyard schedule that shifts
  • The candidate should be available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
  • 19k, fixed rate, computed on an hourly basis
  • Not presently employed by another company

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
