POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Manejar contactos entrantes y salientes de manera cortés, oportuna y profesional.
  • Utilizar la base de conocimientos y la capacitación para responder con precisión a las preguntas de los clientes y vender los productos y servicios apropiados.
  • Escuchar a los clientes, entender sus necesidades y resolver problemas.
  • Investigar sistemas para encontrar información faltante; coordinar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas según corresponda.
  • Utilizar sistemas y tecnología para completar tareas de gestión de cuentas.
  • Documentar y procesar con precisión los pedidos de los clientes en los sistemas apropiados.
  • Seguir todos los guiones, políticas y procedimientos requeridos.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos relacionados con información confidencial e información personal.
  • Escalar problemas de los clientes al personal y gerentes adecuados para su resolución según sea necesario.
  • Asistir a reuniones y capacitaciones y revisar todo el material de capacitación nuevo para mantenerse actualizado sobre los cambios en el conocimiento del programa, sistemas y procesos.
  • Cumplir con todos los requisitos de asistencia y horario de trabajo.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Este trabajo se realiza en un entorno de oficina profesional.
