POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Responder llamadas entrantes y atender consultas de clientes sobre productos y servicios financieros, como cuentas bancarias, préstamos, tarjetas de crédito y opciones de inversión.
  • Abordar y resolver problemas y quejas de los clientes, asegurando un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente.
  • Mantener un conocimiento profundo de los productos y servicios financieros de la empresa para proporcionar información precisa y apoyo a los clientes.
  • Ayudar a los clientes con solicitudes relacionadas con cuentas, incluidas consultas de saldo, detalles de transacciones y actualizaciones de cuentas.
  • Identificar oportunidades para recomendar productos y servicios financieros adicionales que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente y mejoren su bienestar financiero.
  • Documentar con precisión las interacciones y transacciones de los clientes en el sistema CRM de la empresa.

  • Dominio en el uso de software de centros de llamadas y sistemas CRM.
  • Buen entendimiento de productos y servicios financieros.
  • Alto nivel de precisión en la documentación de interacciones con los clientes y el procesamiento de transacciones.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Este trabajo se realiza en un entorno de oficina profesional.
