Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. We're in search of an individual who can rapidly identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, making a significant impact on our company's growth and success. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and qualify potential customers.
  • Utilize scripts and templates to effectively communicate with prospects and gather relevant information.
  • Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target organizations.
  • Document lead information accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and outcomes.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12 Or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or lead generation roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to confidently engage with prospects and build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.  Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.  Job offers are contingent on drug screening results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
