SOCIAL MEDIA BRAND ANALYST SUPPORTING COMMERCIAL CLIENTS
We are looking for experienced social media analysts to support social media monitoring and communications for multiple commercial clients. . In this role, you will monitor social media channels and respond to inquires and posts made by customers through social media in order to resolve issues, capture feedback, and protect the brand. There are several open positions supporting some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, willing to learn on the job and be highly reliable.
This is a full-time position and requires knowledge and experience supporting of social media marketing, social monitoring, reputation management, or other similar functions. While prior contact center experience isn't required, experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or back-office support in a contact center environment is a plus. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?
In this role you will be working with existing members of the social media team to assist with social media profiles or posts, customer concerns, and ensure accurate communication of information with customers as well as our clients. Additionally, you will liaise with customers and internal colleagues to assist the company and the customer in achieving their goals.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
